How many digital photographs will I receive?
For example, a one hour photography session produces up to 40 quality images for you to choose from in your online gallery.
A wedding session will receive the full gallery of images for each hour of shooting time, where as a family adventure session of one hour includes 10 images with the option to purchase more.

How long will it take for my photographs to be ready?
For family, portraits & machines, photographs will be edited and in your private viewing gallery no more than 10 days after the photo session.

Events are 2-6 weeks depending on event size and coverage. They can, however, be ready sooner if a rush is in order.
For weddings, photographs will be edited and in your private viewing gallery no more than six weeks after the big day. A sneak peak within a few days. And an additional four weeks for all products to be made and delivered to your door after your chosen photographs have been selected for printing.
Do you include Engagement photos before the Wedding?
We sure do, our luxury packages include this as custom. Please let us know if this is something you would like embedded in your wedding photography package (or on it's own) and we'll send you a quote. Please fill in our Wedding Questionnaire form or our Photography Session form for a custom quote.
What if we need more time than we booked and our session takes longer?
It's no problem at all if you tell me it is a possibility before the session commences. We can usually leave a full day open for large events just for that reason. Shorter photography sessions can't usually be extended but exceptions can be made in favourable circumstances.
How much can I expect my first payment to be and when will it be due?
25% of the total photography session fee is due upon confirmation of book. Payments are non-refundable. However, they are date transferable, in the event of pandemic lock-downs and extreme acts of nature, thus postponing the event, for up to 6 months. An invoice will be sent to you via email within 72 hours and is expected to be paid within 72 hours of receipt. Major credit and debit cards accepted via Stripe located on our website, included in the invoice, other methods are also available.
Can I customize any of the wedding packages, or photography sessions, to suit my needs or budget?
Absolutely! If there's an 'in between' package you'd like to create please include that when completing the correct form, and provide as much detail as possible.
